If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our coffee products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is completely accurate, current, or error-free. Colors and appearance of products may vary slightly due to monitor display settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud
• Limit the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order
• Correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed
• Discontinue any product without notice

Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Because our coffee is roasted to order, please allow processing time before shipment. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information
• Additional charges may apply for re-shipment due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

6. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
