1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Sweet Eye Coffee Roasters, we take great pride in the quality of our coffee. Every batch is carefully selected, roasted to order, and inspected before shipping. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged products: Items that arrive damaged, broken, or in unusable condition during shipping
  • Incorrect orders: If you receive the wrong product, roast level, or grind type
  • Quality issues: Products that are defective or do not meet our stated quality standards
  • Missing items: If items from your order are missing upon delivery

3. Refund Request Timeline

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering any issue with your order.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)

Send your request to hello@sweeteyecoffee.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]." Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

5. Refund Options

Once your refund request is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Full refund: A refund to the original payment method for the affected item(s)
  • Replacement: A complimentary replacement shipment of the correct or undamaged product
  • Store credit: Credit applied to your account for future purchases

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food safety considerations, the following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been opened and partially consumed where the complaint is based on personal taste preference
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
  • Products not purchased directly from our website
  • Gift cards or promotional items

7. Shipping Costs

If the refund or replacement is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or quality issue), we will cover all return shipping costs and reship at no additional charge. If you wish to return a product for any other reason, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

9. Order Cancellations

Because our coffee is roasted to order, we begin processing orders promptly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered the roasting process can be cancelled for a full refund. Once roasting has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return under the terms outlined above.

10. Exchanges

We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to exchange a product for a different roast, blend, or grind type, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may involve additional shipping charges.
